How to book

Use the form below to choose your preferred arrival time for our next Repair Café.

Our first slot is 10.00–10.30am and the last is 11.30am–12 noon.

At the moment, we can accept one repair item and one time slot per person.

What happens when you arrive?

Bring your item to the reception desk at the front of the hall during your booked time slot.

We’ll check you in and match your item with the volunteer repairer best suited to take a look at it.

Repair Café isn’t simply a drop-off repair service – we’d love you to stay with your repairer while they work on your item. You can tell us more about the problem, get involved and perhaps learn something along the way.

And while you’re here, you’re very welcome to enjoy a drink or snack from the café!

If you do need to leave the hall, please keep your phone switched on and with you in case your repairer needs to contact you.

When can I book?

Bookings open one week after the previous Repair Café and close at 11.59pm on the Wednesday before the next session.

Bookings may close earlier if all available slots have been taken, so it’s worth booking early.

After you’ve booked

We’ll send you an automatic confirmation email.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to somebody else.

Please remember: all repairs must be completed and items collected by 12.30pm, as we need to clear the hall.
